H.E. Tareq Abdulraheem Al Hosani is the Chief Executive Officer of Tawazun Economic Council. He is responsible for managing the procurement of UAE Armed Forces and Abu Dhabi Police while driving the strategic plans for the development of the UAE defense and security sector. H.E. Ms. Elham Al Qasim is a senior executive and investment professional based in the UAE. In her executive capacity Ms. Elham has served as CEO of Digital14, leading over 1,000 staff in delivering cybersecurity and digital solutions. Ms. Elham also served as CEO of Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and Executive Director of the Ghadan 21 programme at the Abu Dhabi Executive Office where she led the strategic planning for the government’s three-year, AED 50 billion investment programme aimed at accelerating Abu Dhabi’s economy.
Mr. Fadi Dahlan is the CEO of Citadel International Holdings (CIH), an Abu Dhabi-based investment firm managing a broad portfolio across Capital Markets, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, and Blockchain Technology, with investments throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, he serves as Managing Partner at CI Venture Capital (CI VC), regulated by ADGM, focusing on innovative startup investments in F&B, FinTech, and Super App development.
Mr. Dahlan is a Board Member at M2, a Digital Currency and Exchange Platform, and holds board positions across various industries, including hospitality, financial services, and media. He also has an observer seat with Multiply Group PJSC, a publicly traded company in Abu Dhabi, and actively supports startups under CI VC. With prior experience at AMIRAL Holdings and IHC, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Southern Illinois University, USA.
