Phoenix

The Infrastructure
Behind Intelligence

Phoenix Group is a global digital infrastructure platform headquartered in the UAE and operating across four continents. We develop, own, and operate energy-anchored facilities that power AI workloads, high-performance computing, and enterprise-grade data center colocation.

Established in 2017 as a Bitcoin mining operation, Phoenix built its foundation on operational discipline and energy expertise in demanding markets. This experience in securing power at scale, deploying infrastructure rapidly, and operating profitably through market cycles has become our competitive advantage as global demand for AI compute accelerates.

In 2023, Phoenix listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX: PHX), becoming the region's first publicly traded digital asset infrastructure company. Today, we operate over 550 MW of capacity across the UAE, Oman, Ethiopia, Canada, the United States. Our footprint now spans five countries across four continents.

Our competitive edge lies in the physical infrastructure that technology depends on. Power procurement, site engineering, thermal management, and capital discipline are the capabilities that define Phoenix. These strengths, developed through years of Bitcoin mining operations, are now deployed at scale to serve the AI revolution and the growing demand for sovereign compute infrastructure.

Built on Infrastructure Leadership

Phoenix's strategy is not built around a single technology or a single market. It is built around a single conviction: that whoever controls the physical infrastructure of compute controls the value chain of the digital economy. Three interlocking horizons working together to create compounding advantages no single-market competitor can match.

Secure the Energy
 Energy as a Structural Advantage

Energy as a Structural Advantage

Every Phoenix site begins with power. Before ground is broken, before a rack is installed, we have identified and secured access to grid-reliable, cost-advantaged energy. This is not a procurement function; it is a strategic capability that defines where we can build, at what cost, and at what scale.

BUILD THE INFRASTRUCTURE
Built for the workloads that matter most

Built for the workloads that matter most

Phoenix designs and builds infrastructure for the most demanding compute environments, including AI, HPC, and high-density GPU deployments, engineered for thermal performance, power delivery, and uptime.

SCALE THE PLATFORM
A platform, not a portfolio

A platform, not a portfolio

Phoenix is an integrated platform that shares expertise, capital, and energy capabilities across every facility, making each new deployment faster, more efficient, and more valuable. Our global footprint across energy-advantaged markets reduces risk driven by disciplined execution.

Company Hero
Phoenix Group's Vision & Mission

We believe the physical infrastructure of compute is the defining asset class of the next century. Our vision is to build and operate that infrastructure across the markets that matter most - with the reliability, capital discipline, and operational excellence that institutions and enterprises depend on.

A Global Portfolio Spanning North America, the Middle East & Africa

Phoenix operates across energy-advantaged regions where the conditions for long-duration, high-intensity compute are most favorable. Each location is selected for grid reliability, energy economics, and sovereign alignment, not proximity to existing infrastructure clusters.

From the Gulf to North America, our facilities represent over 550 MW of operational and committed capacity and a platform designed to expand into every major compute market on earth.
